We continue with our virtual conference tradition, where since 2008 we have hosted 140 companies collectively bought out for U.S. $123 B (see attached excel) across multiple geographies and minerals. The URLs to join the next 4 webcasts are above.

We will host Equinox Gold for the first time, which transformed with the startup of the 100%-owned Greenstone mine in May 2004 to operate at about ½ of the cash production costs of its other mines for a long life in Ontario. Equinox should grow to over 0.8 mm oz output in 2025, spent the next 2-3 years reducing debts and grow above 1 mm oz output in 2027 or 2028 after its next several cap ex programs.

We will host First Nordic Metals for the first time, which operates in Finland and Sweden near AEM and Rupert Resources with former AEM Sr VP Exploration Marc Legault as a director. It shares 45% of the Barsele project with 2.4 mm oz gold resources on a 100% basis with AEM in which AEM invested US $55 mm. Its earlier phase 100%-owned Oijarvi Project in Finland has documented 285,000 oz Au and 2 mm oz Ag from 215 holes to average 215 m depths.

While we host West Red Lake Gold Mines Ltd for the first time, it restarts the “Madsen Mine” near Red Lake formerly owned by Pure Gold and Claude Resources, both of which we had hosted in the past. It benefits from the large cap ex, underground development and resource definitions of the preceding companies.

O3 Mining returns and evolves. Its “Marban” project near Malartic advances, where AEM encourages O3 Mining as a “toll milling” customer for part of its 60,000 mtpd Malartic mill after O3 Mining begins mining at Marban. Separately, O3 began working a series of landholdings further north in Quebec near HL’s Casa Berardi mine for Gold and far north near James Bay for lithium. It also divested a series of noncore assets to streamline to Eldorado Gold, Alamos Gold and others. O3 Mining welcomed GFI as owner of 18.3 mm O3 Mining shares after acquiring Osisko Mining.

Arizona Metals postponed to March 25, TRX Gold postponed to March 26 and Wallbridge Mining also postponed.

On March 25-26 we will also host Gold-Terra Resources, AbraSilver Resources, Gold Royalty and Angus Gold. On June 17-18 we will host Franco-Nevada and Seabridge Gold. On October 7-8 we will host Deterra Royalties, Royal Gold and Pan American Silver. We also are available to host companies on May 14-15 and Dec 9-10, 2025.
