MAG Silver, which sold out to PAAS, cancelled.

We host Vior for the first time, which is 10%-owned by Gold Field Ltd, and includes several former Osisko Mining executives. It advances the Belleterrre project in northwestern Quebec. It is at an early stage of documentation, but we host it because its team has a prior history of large successes.

Discovery Silver enjoys 16.4 mm oz of resources, including 3 producing mines, an operating mill and at least two prospective added resources to enter future production. It is "better than a 16.4 mm oz discovery," because it would have cost much more than $200 mm cash paid up front to NEM to drill out a 16.4 mm oz discovery. And many discoveries take 5-15 years to document resources, advance to feasibility study, permit, finance and build. It would have cost over $1 B to build 2 underground mines, the Pamour open pit mine and a 12,000 mtpd mill permitted to 15,000 mtpd..

Since 2008 we have hosted 145 companies bought out for U.S. $126 B combined. In the past several years we have tried to focus on more advanced companies closer to revenue as investors grew impatient with distant time horizons at higher interest rates.
